On behalf of the Texas Association of Vocational Nurse Educators (TAVNE), I am excited to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at our 2026 Annual Conference, taking place October 14 – October 16, 2026, at the UT Austin Commons Conference Center in Austin, Texas.

 

This annual event brings together vocational nurse educators, administrators, and healthcare leaders from across Texas. It is an excellent opportunity for you to showcase your products, services, and innovations directly to key decision-makers in vocational nursing education.

🔹 Exhibitor Fee: Tables are available for your booth at $750 each; Each table comes with 2 meal plans that includes all meals and snacks throughout the conference.  (1 table = 2 meal plans; 2 tables = 4 meal plans).

If you attended or exhibited last year, you know that your booth was positioned in a prime, high-visibility area within the dining space, ensuring maximum interaction with conference attendees during meals and networking sessions. This year’s setup will continue to provide exhibitors with excellent exposure and engagement opportunities.

We also invite you to consider supporting the TAVNE Faculty Scholarship Fund as a donor. Your contribution helps provide scholarships for vocational nurse educators who are advancing their education, attending professional development programs, or pursuing leadership roles. Scholarship donors will be recognized at the conference, on our website, and in event materials, showcasing your support for the future of nursing education in Texas.
