Member Registration

This annual event brings together vocational nursing educators, leaders, and advocates from across the state for three days of learning, collaboration, and inspiration. Attendees will enjoy dynamic keynote presentations and meaningful networking opportunities—all designed to support excellence in vocational nursing education.
 

Whether you're an experienced educator or new to the profession, the TAVNE Conference is your opportunity to connect, grow, and help shape the future of vocational nursing in Texas.​​

Conference Registration

  • Early Bird Registration: $425 (through September 30, 2026)

  • Regular Registration: $525 (beginning October 1, 2026)

Registration includes:

  • Annual TAVNE Membership ($50)

  • All educational sessions

  • Conference materials

  • Networking opportunities

  • Breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks

  • Continuing education credit (upon successful completion of attendance requirements)

TAVNE Member/Attendee Conference Registration, Cancellation, and Refund Policy


Conference Registration Fees: The standard registration fee is $425.00 and is available until September 30, 2026.  Late registrations received after September 30, including on-site registrations, will be subject to a late registration fee of $525.00.

Special Circumstances:

  • Attendees who register on or before September 30, 2026, but submit payment by check at the conference, will retain the Early Bird registration rate, provided their registration was completed before the Early Bird deadline.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

Written refund requests must be received at least 10 business days before the conference.

Requests must include:

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Name of the payee

Refund Conditions

  • Approved refunds will be processed after conference financial reconciliation.

  • A $100 administrative fee will be deducted from approved refunds.

  • No refunds will be issued after the published deadline.


Attendee Substitutions

  • Substitutions are permitted and can be made by contacting:

Continuing Education

  • Continuing education contact hours are awarded through the Texas Department of State Health Services Continuing Education Program.

  • Certificates will be issued electronically after conference attendance has been verified and evaluation requirements have been completed.
